I am disappointed by how difficult it is to finalize things or get in touch with the relevant people, I have to follow up many times despite spending large amounts. Do not think the owner will be very happy.
Just simply not satisfied with their service. No details in their quotes as requested. Nor do they even come back to a customer.
I just called twice to get prices and both times they put me through to a sales consultant, who does not answer the phone, the message goes to voicemail, not impressed at all.
