Great view over golf course and river. Very nice venue for events. Not sure if it's only available to residents.
Only went there to pick up someone so didn't get down but from what I've seen, it's very well guarded. Speed limit is 40 km/h. Very clean and well looked after.

The view over the golf course and river is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The venue was well-maintained and perfect for events. I highly recommend it.
