Called them with request to submit a claim. They went mum. Contacted a family member about unclaimed benefits. Called them again, a really unprofessional person wanted details immediatwly, could notmwait untill next day, saod tjwy will xall me in 30 mins for details. Still waiting .

Inept, unprofessional call centre. Allegedly sent all my documentation through to the fund administrator 2 months prior to me making contact with TDF, only for the fund administrator to say they have no knowledge of the claim at all, and have received no claim forms.
