Compared to other attorneys, they must be the only firm I have dealt with In 20 years that do not offer their clients a discount transferring properties in a deceased estate, when you see their name as transferring attorney, demand for a different attorney, negotiate your rate! You can get 25-50% with some big firms.
I received excellent service from De Abreu and Cohen. They were quick to communicate and kept me updated on each stage of the property transfer. Furthermore they went above and beyond in resolving any complications between us and the seller. I would highly recommend!
