Ordered a double stack meaty pizza. No cream cheese in between the slices, just a dry and burnt pizza that I had to wait more than an hour for. So disgusted at this service.
Ordered twice from this place for delivery, first time took an hr and a half, second time took 2 hrs and they sent the wrong drink without even informing us. Really disappointed with the food as well, it was barely warm and looked like it had sat for that two hours before the delivery, wouldn't recommend.
I paid for a half&half chicken and meaty crammed triple decker and instead I got a dry, burnt meaty triple decker. No creamy chicken whatsoever. I've ordered from so many Debonairs outlets and this one is definitely the worst. Really regret this purchase.. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
