This company is completely unprofessional. They never respond to any queries or messages and their customer service is non-existent. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money.
Worst credit counseling service I have ever encountered. They are slow in responding to calls and emails. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the frustration and find another company.
