They started of good until some of my payments disappeared after paying debt pro and nobody is able to tell me where my money went. The service is getting worse by the day. Try not to use them for counseling!
They have people on duty who don't know who's coming or going. All I need is a confirmation letter and they not even capable to do exactly that. Makes you wonder what type of people are being hired.
