0 Rating I've been with them over a year and I ALWAYS struggle to get hold of them. They are slow to respond on mails. They don't even answer the number. Can anyone suggest a better company that can handle my portfolio and look after my belongings. CPascual

If I could give a negative rating I would. The "sales" call is 1000% different to the service they provide. They tell you, you can cancel without it having a negative impact, in the meantime you can't cancel at all and if you want to be able to cancel in the future they suggest you pay extortionate extra fees. When I told them how unhappy I was with the service and the lack of consultation I received (which I paid for), they said these services aren't for free. If you plan to use this service please consider these reviews. There are other far better debt councillors out there.
