Worst service ever. When I asked for the manager, I was refused to see the manager. When I asked about the underwear (The underwear that appears on Decathlon for a sale for R99.00, it is runners underwear, which I wanted initially). They did not have it on display, they informed me that the underwear is currently on their website. They should have removed the advert from their shoe window add but they did not (that is misrepresentation). Instead I was there last week Wednesday and I went there again today Tuesday. When I asked about the trainers, the assistant was cold and did not show any interest in making a sale to me. The same service that I received is the same service that I did not receive. I am a sports girl/sports lover. When I reported to him about what the assistant said to me, I did not experience what I requested. I requested to see the manager but I was denied the opportunity to be assisted further. So I am putting this review about Decathlon and also a poor lady who was afraid to provide her name.
