I have tried to phone them numerous times & they just answer the phone & then do not talk or respond at all... Sounds like they are having tea / are on lunch @ 09h15 in the morning... You hear talking in the back ground! Either they are just useless or not feeling like working at all.
They do not answer the phone, instead you must leave a message, this is also fruitless, they never call you back. Never will I or my family buy any product of the Defy brand.
Great and friendly staff, they have everything you may need.
