Staff are rude especially the receptionist's. They were not helpful and slammed the phone while still talking to them. calls are diverted to security. phone's just ring non stop.
At first I was not happy because of the delay ,but finally they were able to help and now I know the cause of the delay.Thank you so much MY DEFY for your help
