This was my first time at this restaurant. The mussels were fresh but most still had the beard in them, it needed to be cleaned before preparation, so it wasn't as good as I expected due to those hairy bits that stuck in my teeth. …
Excellent food at a great price! We had the salmon and grilled prawns. They were both delicious - flavorful and perfectly done. And you can beat the view from the outside patio. Right on the water with great views on Table Mountain. We will be back!
Situated with amazing views, Den Anker, provides a combination of Belgium/Dutch Food with sights of Table Mountain, sea lions and the general harbour. The service and food are well, but the main attraction to sit here and get a drink are the views.
