Absolutely useless!! System offline, nobody knows whats going on. They just tell you sit there and then after about 2 hours say the system is off!! Why cant these people be proactive? They hide behind their desks and just ignore the public. …
Went to Home Affairs in Goven Mbeki for first ID application, unabridged birth certificate and a passport application with my children . Security was friendly and helpful. Everything else went smooth and it was fast. All applications and issue of new birth certificate was done under an hour. Really great service. I am impressed!
I just had to make an outstanding payment and was in and out under an hour. Be prepared to wait if you don’t have an appointment. Ladies at enquiry are friendly and efficient. The moody cashier needs a Snickers chocolate.
