Department of Labour Head Office Cape Town reviews
Is there a way to give a zero rating? How do you let people sit from 04H30 to 16h30 without being helped? So much for Batho Phele!!! These people don't care about that ONLY reason why people come, is for help with their payments. I have gone 4 times only to hand in my payment form. I still have my form, so what happens to my money?
I am from Paarl. I can tell you the service is very poor in Paarl. The security card is very rude. He think he is the boss and he is also rude to the clients. They help the client only from 7.45 and not from 7.30 when it is open tome. The security card call the people and only 6 at a time.
Honestly i only received poor service from UIF dept I ve been applying for uif . i went in on 7 dec to be told to return on 8 Feb get there at 5.45am at 13.30 to be told need to contact Mr Gorden with no …

The staff at the Department of Labour Head Office Cape Town are extremely unhelpful. They do not care about the people who come to them for assistance with their payments. I have been there multiple times to hand in my payment form and each time I am simply told to come back another day. This is not fair to me and my money.
I was appalled by the poor service I received at the UIF department. I had been applying for UIF and was given the runaround. I was told to come back on a different date multiple times and I wasted so much time and effort. The process was very disorganized and frustrating.
I had a terrible experience at the Department of Labour Head Office Cape Town. The service was extremely poor and the staff were unhelpful. I had to wait for hours just to hand in a simple payment form and I still don't know what happened to my money. This is unacceptable.
The service at the Department of Labour in Paarl is abysmal. The security guard is rude and treats the clients with disrespect. They only start assisting clients at 7.45 instead of the designated opening time of 7.30. The security guard also calls in clients only six at a time, creating unnecessary delay and frustration.
I have had a terrible experience with the UIF department. I have been trying to apply for UIF since December but have been given the runaround. I was told to come back on February 8th and when I arrived at 5.45am, I was told I needed to contact Mr. Gordon. This has been a complete waste of my time and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received.
The staff at the Department of Labour Head Office Cape Town are unhelpful and do not provide good customer service. I went there to get assistance with my payments but was only directed to come back on a different day. This is not the kind of service I expect from a government office.
The service at the UIF department is terrible. I have been applying for UIF since December and have been given the runaround. I was told to come back on February 8th and when I arrived, I was told I needed to contact Mr. Gordon. This kind of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable.
