Heard good things about Melissa for assistance with eFiling, yet when I asked questions she replied saying that she doesn’t offer courses in accounting and if I want to know more I should take a class. Unprofessional and rude response in my opinion.

This company has the worst customer service. I called to inquire about their services and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never consider using their services in the future.
