Sent my MacBook Pro in for keyboard problems. Got my Mac back with a fixed keyboard but a crack on my screen. I got told that it was not Digicape's fault nor their responsibility. They never fixed the crack and told me "you must have cracked it on your own". Poor service.

Horrible experience, completed payments for repairs over. 7 days ago, no communication has been made, no responses to emails, call number does not work, I would not recommend DigiCape at all, for any repairs related to Apple products
