Ordered online on Monday, received my order on Wednesday - super! Their website is very easy to handle, the tea is superb, their service is excellent, the employees always friendly and helpful. I would give six stars if I could.
Placed an order on the 22nd December, no feedback sent until I followed up, I do understand there are holidays but the delay seems excessive. Orders from takelot still arriving the next day.
Best tea out there! Wide range of luxury ethically sourced tea at great prices. Friendly, helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. My only source of a good cuppa ☕️ support local ❤️
