As a restaurant manager, I find suppliers are generally difficult once they have your money. The after sales service I receive from Dineplan is EXCEPTIONAL, with special mention to Catherine P. Always there to save the day, gets back to me immediately, even after hours. Catherine thank you for making my life a little bit easier.
Really disappointed : made a booking on dineplan WEEKS ago for Pigalle for 22 December for 5 pax. Now, without any explanation or negotiation my booking is canceled and rebooked for 23rd. Why ? Is this about someone paying the way for a better booking so normal people like me who made it weeks ago just get canceled. Disgusted!
