Would Dischem please explain to me why I'm required to produce my ID just to buy Paracetamol and Desodene - both are off the shelf. The pharmacists (Sue) explanation of 'for our records' is an imposition and nonsense. Naturally I walked away and bought from 'you know who' whom I shall support in the future
Thank you to Kobus!! What amazing service. The two gentlemen with the delivery vehicle were also terrific. Altogether a pleasure doing business with Knysna Dischem!!
Dispensary service disorganised during peak season. Only one Pharmacist dispensing, the other packing orders. No planning or organisation skills. Atrocious service, worst in any Dischem Pharmacy I have visited to date.
