My order of 50 bags was delayed by 3 weeks, then the bags delivered were not 25kg in weight product was extremely hard and difficult to work with compared to other cold patch suppliers . Requested a refundwhich took another few weeks.Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Will not be using this company again.
