When I phoned for an appointment, I was met with an unfriendly and condescending receptionist. However, during the actual visit, Dr Mol was professional and knowledgeable. He explained my condition and the treatment options clearly. The staff at the clinic were also helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the medical care provided but would have appreciated a better initial impression.
