Worst reception ever !! Lady would'nt even let me finish my sentence before interrupting me in a rude manner. Making me feel very unwelcome and dumb.
I'd like to start by thanking the two ladies at reception first, who were incredibly helpful and explained the fee structure of my medical aid and the process of going through an EEG. The technician who administered the EEG was personable and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Kritzinger was compassionate and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and understandable way. Overall, a positive experience.
