Made an appointment for 12:00 Nearly an hour later there is still one patient ahead of me. Subsequently found out he was on Lunch. This begs the question as to why he is scheduling appointments during his lunch hours. I will be following up with the medical aid.
A practice that always places the patient at the top of the priority list:). Great service from the doctor and the supporting team. Excellence is the order of the day:)
