Had a long journey with Dr. Mothilal involving blood clots. I'm doing fine now and he is an amazing and gifted Pulmonologist. Thank you Dr and God bless you.
Dr Mothilal is truly the epitome of a highly motivated and extensively trained medical practitioner who takes an exceptional interest in prioritising the diagnosis, healing and continued well being of his patients. I will highly recommend Dr Mothilal. I am looking forward to seeing Prof Mothilal in his title in the future.
Dr may come across as very good and knows his thing, one thing he and his reception team lack is communication. He keeps you in the dark and this drives you insane. My sister was under his care, he kept her in hospital for over 2 and a half months without any real explanation about her condition or the treatment plan. When we asked for updates or explanations, he would brush us off or give vague responses. It was extremely frustrating and we felt helpless. His lack of communication made the whole experience much worse and it really affected our trust in him.
