Our daughter has a rare syndrome and thankfully Dr Carter has worked on numerous patients with the same syndrome, so we felt confident in his ability to help her. I had a terrible experience with Dr Steve Carter. He was rude and dismissive. I felt rushed during my appointment and he did not take the time to fully address my concerns. I would not recommend him.
