Terrible experience from the appointment booking side. I booked the previous day, they took my name and number and the receptionist advised me to arrive at 2pm. When I got there the place was packed to capacity, patients myself included had to wait for over 3 hours. The receptionist was very unhelpful and did not provide any explanation or apology for the delay. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
