Durban City Hall reviews

It's a British Old styled building. Beautiful and clean with all the requirements of the building and it is housing government offices including the Mayor's office.

A beautiful, well preserved structure taking one back in time.

I'm looking for information on exactly WHEN construction began on the Durban City Hall but I cannot find anything. I cannot find any construction pictures. I'm doing research on these so called "Victorian buildings" and I want to get to the bottom of who exactly built them and when.
