Worst company ever was assaulted by the owner and CFO. Becuase of me swearing. Bearing in mind I'm Afrikaan. Rather go to Sani you will get a better deal and service.
Absolute no customer service. Owning a small business monies are not timely from our side so we try to pay the month in advance or try pace 5 days in advance at a time. So the vehicles are not being used without paying for them. So today …
I did not have a good experience with Dynamic Car rental. I rented a car from them for 5 months. On the day I took the car, I was told my mileage usage would be calculated in total over 3 months of the initial contract vs the mileage they recorded at the end, not 5 months. This was not communicated to me upfront and resulted in me being charged for over-mileage. When I spoke to the staff about it, they were unhelpful and refused to adjust the charges. I would not recommend using this car rental agency.
