No wonder the SA post office services are rarely used. No numbers are working, no e mails gets replied to. I have been battling for over 3 weeks to just try and find out where my parcel is. I have emailed every day now about 4 different emails tried phoning all number i can find and yet no luck. Disgusting
Terrible service received multiple times from one specif lady at Amalinda post office, she doesn't greet, she doesn't smile, she's miserable, i will never recommend anyone to go there, she needs to retire or learn how to work with clients. …
If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disgusted by the poor service rendered by Amalinda Post Office. One lady in particular, didn't greet, seemed very unwelcoming and responds with an attitude. No sense of compassion nor kindness towards others. They need to make room for the newer generation.
