Got an extremely basic tattoo done there a few years ago. Never came around to do a review. I don't think you can call yourself a professional when you mess up such a simple tattoo. Better to stay away - not sure if there are actually decent tattoo artists in EL at all.
Sure the artist is friendly but the work into the tattoo is poor. Lines out of place and some lines that are not solid lines so when the tattoo heals it disappears. Leaving the tattoo look unfinished or done by an amateur.
The best quality tattoos in town, with friendly and accommodating staff always willing to go the extra mile.
