I would have scored a 0. Very poor security and not secure. Very bad experience with a break in into a large number of units. You cannot expect people to pay a premium and not have proper security. Staff friendly - but i guess at the mercy of management.

The staff was helpful and friendly, but the facility looked a bit run down. Some of the locks on the units were broken and the corridors were dirty and filled with cobwebs. Overall not a great experience.
