I was having trouble finding printers that would print out a large format year planner from a template I had modified, 1 page per day. I popped in on the off chance and Bianca was kind enough to print out the first month there and then for me to check that it was unfolding to my requirements, which it was. Not only that, she offered various suggestions for improving it, which I agreed with, so together we went thru the next 11 months and changed the format accordingly. She really went above and beyond what I would expect. And all for the equivalent of 17c a print! I would recommend them, but I’m worried it might make them too busy to do stuff like this for me again!

After returning back to the shop and scanning in my photograph and waiting for close to thirty minutes, the lady in the shop remembered out of nowhere that she will need to redo the scan on the picture. I was then expected to come back the next day to collect the photograph. I do not recommend going to this shop if you are in a hurry or expecting friendly customer service.
