Staff quite helpful, although a little slow sometimes. Generally they have all parts but make sure you have a serial or part number to speed things up.
Pathetic service from geyser installers. Made many excuses to fit it in, sent out Jerro enterprise another company, and lo and behold, geyser was installed without any excuses and excluding all the extras that Electrolux installers requested.
