I have been attending classes for a year. It is very good for building up self confidence and the ability to defend yourself. The coaches are fantastic. I reccomend everyone to give it a try, especially women. It is fundamental in the times we live in to be able to protect yourself. Krav Maga is a life saving skill to have.
