I was quoted R3000 for 1 day cleaning; standard clean for a townhouse.....when I enquired about the quote if it was correct and gave a comparative quote which was R400 from another company Ellie's response was feel free to use them! Gosh I was completely shocked. no customer care, a rip off! Maybe they don't really need the business.
This is the best cleaning service I have used. They are very good. Old old stains largely all removed. Plus their product does not smell of bad chemicals like I experienced before. They did all my couches and rugs on site. Very friendly and efficient team.
The owner is very rude, for the price they charged I was expecting more, especially because they said "deep clean" . I wouldn't use them again. The team also complained when they were told by Portia that they had to clean the patios as well (which I paid for!).
