Hello, I'm writing to share my recent experience with Ellies. I was hoping to receive good service as I had heard positive things about the company. However, I was disappointed when I bought an inverter from them 2 weeks ago and now it is not charging. I called their customer service and they said a technician would call me, but I waited the whole day and no one contacted me. This lack of response and support has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with Ellies.
I did not enjoy my experience at Ellies. When I went to their store to inquire about a product, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. They did not have the product in stock and could not even be bothered to advise me on where to find it. Their lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing. I will not be returning to Ellies for any future purchases.
