no customer assistance , quoted and supplied us with incorrect parts and now they "CAN"T" refund and exchange, BUUUUUUUT we can buy the correct one, very bad service rather move my business somewhere else and change the whole system to something more capable.
Had an issue with a flow meter, plant standing.... and I had never such bad after sales experience.... Will never use E + H again... will phase out all E + H products....
