I found my visit to Engo-Bloemfontein charity to be very disappointing. The lady who showed us around was not knowledgeable about the organization and had no empathy towards us. Additionally, she couldn't even remember that we had an appointment. The facilities were also very dark, and the bathroom was shared by multiple people. Overall, it was a depressing experience.
