Not very fast or efficient. I arrived and one of the Europcar representatives welcomed me then proceeded to the back to prepare food. Only 5-10 min later I was assisted by someone else that came from outside. She was friendly and helpful. …
Bad experience here. Never had our car ready for us. We went to pick up our car in the afternoon and it was not ready. They asked us to come back around 5pm, we waited 30 minutes for somebody to tell us what was the problem, had to go ask …
