Super Easy, super fast - the only problem was that it was (afterwards) claimed that we have not filled up the car with fuel (which we did). So we had to get in contact with the agency when we were back in Germany. Apart from that the lady at carport was very friendly and it took us about two minutes to give the car back.
We arrived late in the evening at PE with a reservation for a 4x4. We got the keys and nobody made the inspection with us. The front windscreen was so sticky dirty, it was not safe to drive and we couldn’t get it off. When finally someone came to do the inspection with us, he mentioned that the car had already many issues with scratches and bumps. We were not happy with the car, but did not have the energy to complain at that late hour, as we had to drive immediately to a remote lodge. We took photos of the scratches, so that we would not be accused later. 3/5

The car was in a very poor condition, but it served my purpose and got me back to PE Airport safely. Would not like to rent a car from them again. 2/5
