World class train and has changed the way I get to the airport and embassy visits in Pretoria since it launched. The price is still not accessible to a lot more people and hopefully there's plan to extend it to more areas but for what it is now- 4 stars

Spent more than 20 mins on the phone being transferred between departments before eventually being cut off. Terrible customer service.
