Great service although I had to wait a bit, I understood the reason. My initial rating is 5⭐ but because I did not get an email when I returned the car. I would have preferred to get an SMS or an email acknowledging the vehicle being returned, like Avis does, for peace of mind.
Wonder is such a wonderful and friendly staff member - Good service from him. Is there any policy that says I must wash the vehicle before returning it ? This was never discussed with me intially when I fetched the vehicle! 2021/11/16 when …
The service and assistance that I received was absolutely perfect. Would recommend Europcar to everyone! The employees and manager was extremely helpful and polite!
