Service is really not great. The person handling my enquiry seemed very uninterested seeing as I had to chase after her to respond to my mails and get an order sorted. Very rude on emails. Everyone is busy this time of the year, no reason for bad service though. Would not recommend.
We had to cancel due to my daughter getting Covid. Fancy Affairs were only prepared to refund about 20% despite having incurred little to no cost. It was in line with t’s and c’s but feels wrong to be profiting off others misfortune. So be aware of the stringent policy and know that it will be strictly applied.
At drop off zone the ladies extreamly unfriendly. Insisted i off load the hired goods by myself. They even gossip an sly remarks to her colleagues about me asking for assistance. …
