In May they were recommended by Smeg service department in Linbro. They made us empty fridges and never pitched. I sent them messages only to be blue ticked. I went to report them and 2 months later they are still ordering parts & sending …
Dont bother contacting them. They setup appointments, get us to empty the fridge and freezer a day before and then theres a no show. This is after confirming the appointment. Now no answer. I will be reporting this to Samsung Head office.
Been sending e-mail and calling with no answer. Melanie's not answering and payment has been made for parts and we are still waiting. This is going on for week three .... You guys are pathetic !!!
