i called to cancel and they did i even got an SMS to say my cancellation is being process but they still deducted from my account twice already.when i call the lines rings with no attendance .Very upsetting.i need my money back please.

There is a debit check that is taking my money which I called last month to cancel and they said they did but it deducted my money,I'm using my airtime to call with no assistance ,I want my money back
