The company has zero stock control, no communication at all either. They took five days to notify me they have no stock, Five days! If you like pain, this is the perfect place. It gets worse, if you want your money back you have to send proof of bank details and all kinds of hurdles just to get your money back.
I bought a Shredder from them, it arrived broken. They collected it and I am still waiting for my refund, they have been asking me for my banking details, my companies documents, proof of transaction and bank statement. Till day no refund. I am dealing with an incompetent lady by the name of Happy.
Had a very bad experience with the customer service department of this company which runs the Dell Online store. Monitor arrived with dead pixels. Received a damaged refurbish monitor as a replacement. I returned their damaged monitor and a …
