Good gym. Friendly staff. Lots of equipment and space. Doesn't have a pool but that is the only thing it's lacking.
Probably the most uncomfortable experience of my life… I only came in the gym to look at it and they wouldn’t let me leave after signing any membership. I clearly stated that I just wanted to have a look since I have quite a busy lifestyle …
The gym is smaller than some of the other gyms I've been to but has everything one could need for weight training, machine & circuit use, etc …
