I don't like how they have a "don't care" attitude towards victims of ATM that have been tempered with. They make it seem like it's your fault that they failed to ensure that their ATM'S are not tempered with.
I received help from the security in the hallway who knew where to send me to make a payment. As he could see I was not familiar with the FNB procedures
