Disgusting service! Had to visit the bank 3 times just to close 1 account! Each time waiting over 45 minutes and being told the incorrect information. Really disappointing!
Appalling service! The so called second manager Carl has no sense of business! We have a Cooperative business account. We have not been able to access our account, our employees have not been paid yet they are failing to assist us. 2 weeks …
Had a problem with a card pin number. Was first told they could not help us. Went back 2 days later and the problem was sorted in 5 min. Thank you Lihle for your awesome service. FNB needs more people like you.
