One of worst services I've I've recieved from fnb.i arrived around 3:10pm That time it wasn't busy at all. It had 4 consultants but 2 consultants were sitting around. They arrived around 3:30pm to me To say they can't help me May i come tomorrow
Worst customer service ever, my in laws went in at age 86 and 88 to get new cards, they got no help as he needed assistance to get up the ramp as he has Parkinson's and cant walk well. The bank staff were rude and unhelpful! I will be getting them to move banks!
Worst customer experience at a bank I have ever received!! Unfriendly, unhelpful and always short staffed during the busiest periods! Small example, I have been waiting 50min now just to collect a business credit card!! The new branch looks great and is always clean. Only reason for the extra star, otherwise 1 star!
